We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Refunds are issued after inspection and processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Where multiple payment methods were used (including gift cards), refunds are split accordingly.
Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return for the refund to be completed.
How to return a product
To request a return, please access our returns portal here.
In some cases, due to system limitations, returns may need to be sent back manually. If you’re unable to proceed via the portal, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Returns requested outside the 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Return costs
Please be advised that any cost to return your goods must be covered by the customer. We now offer £3 returns for UK customers with Royal Mail, and are looking into similar solutions for our international customers.

Instant Options Explained
- For our UK customers, we offer instant refunds on eligible returns submitted through our returns portal. Where available, this means your refund may be issued as soon as your return request is approved, rather than waiting for the item to arrive back with us.
- For UK customers returning an item due to incorrect size, we also offer instant exchanges on eligible orders submitted through the returns portal. Where available, your replacement item will be dispatched before your return is sent back, so you don’t have to wait to receive the correct size.
- Please note that instant options are only available via the returns portal and are subject to eligibility, availability, and system limitations (including the payment method used).
- If your item is the incorrect size, we also offer instant exchanges for UK customers. Your new item will be sent out straight away before you send off your unwanted item, so you won’t have to wait to get the right item. Please note, that we
Can I return a full/partial gift card purchase?
Yes. Orders paid partially or fully with gift cards are still eligible for return in line with our returns policy.
However, buyer-responsible returns relating to fit or size may need to be sent back manually due to system limitations. In these cases, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Form for assistance.
