What Is An A-Line Skirt?
The term orginates to couture dresses by Dior, and Yves Saint Laurent, in the 1950's, who featured dresses, that flared in an A-Shape from the shoulder.
The A-Line style was revived in the late 90's, with the hip hugging A-Line skirt, in particular, becoming popular.
