Covid-19 Policy

Preworn has measures in place to support its employees, suppliers and customers through Covid-19. All of our employees follow social distancing guidelines and employees have been supplied with additional sanitizing products throughout this period. 

The company is also operating a split shift system to provide employees with additional working space. The layout of our offices, picking and packing, stock sorting and product listing areas has been changed to reflect the current climate

All of the clothing items which you purchase have a 20 day holding period before they are processed. We also hot tumble many items of clothing and use protective bags to protect the integrity of all warehoused items. All items are handled by our dispatchers with protective gloves before shipping. However, we do recommend that you wash or dry clean any item of used clothing before wearing.
